I don't normally send these types of notes in, but after the experience I had with your technician Tom, I really had no choice.
Our Xerox device was down and we were unable to make the onboarding packets for an event we had coming up. We placed our call around 9:00am and within fifteen minutes Tom had called us and told us he'd be there in about an hour.
Tom showed up and really saved the day! Not only did he get our printer running he also took the the time to show us how to make stapled booklets.

Christine at your help desk is incredible! We had something really weird going on with our email scanning, even our IT guy couldn't fix it. When I called, Christine did a remote desktop connection and fixed our issue in 20 minutes - incredible!
You service technicians are always quick to get to our office when we need them, but having someone that can fix small problems over the phone is so helpful and makes it easier for us too.
