A gentlemen came to repair our downed scanner yesterday and I wanted to let you all know that not only was he polite and courteous, but after he repaired the issue, he stayed and ran through over 400 documents we had accumulated in the time it was down, just to make sure it was working and scanning properly to meet our daily needs. He also advised of what the issue was so that we will have a better idea of what is needed to get us back up and running. The information was helpful and his attention appreciated.
Yesterday we had a issue with our printer waste cartridge needed a new one ASAP. We had important documents that needed to be printed and go out. Not only did you get my cartridges overnighted you got a tech here in minutes to temporarily fix the used cartridge so the prints could go out! I was so impressed. I am glad we have you and your wonderful staff to be there when we need them!
